Reviewed: May 6, 2012
This was very bland. I added prepared horseradish and hot sauce to give it some flavor which made it better.

Mom's Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2010
These were good, but lacking in flavor. I didn't add salt as I thought with the sodium content of the soup, it would be salty enough, but they were just ok. I did add a breadcrumb topping with melted butter and put in cupcake tins as these were for a 5 year old's birthday which turned out cute, but will definitely add some salt, pepper and dried mustard next time. This was super easy and has great potential. I did add more milk like other reviewed suggested.

Slider-Style Mini Burgers

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2010
These were so awesome! I made them for my 5 year old's Birthday Party and we had a Spongebob Theme so I labeled them as "Krabby Patties". I made 3 batches and there were none left, everyone was raving about them. I followed the recipe exactly as directed and followed the advice of other reviewers letting the mixture cool before adding the mayo & cheese. I also wrapped in foil and baked. These were just delicious. Next time when I'm not so pressed for time I want to try the buttery topping a few other reviewers have suggested. Fabulous recipe, especially when feeding a crowd!

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese

Reviewed: Aug. 8, 2010
This was delicious! I followed the recipe exactly adding 1/2 cup of milk. I had made this for the kids as a side, but the adults gobbled it up as well. Great recipe!

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

Reviewed: Aug. 8, 2010
This was fantastic! I used Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce and added Liquid Smoke. I also shredded the chicken an hour before it was done and then added back to sauce. Before I added the chicken back, I did add some cornstartch to thicken up the sauce and served with sesame seed hamburger rolls and coleslaw. This was a huge hit!

Fish Tacos

Reviewed: Aug. 10, 2009
I used talapia and didn't have capers. This is a fabulous recipe that reminds me of the Fish Taco's at TGIF's. Great alternative to regular tacos. The fish recipe alone is great for a healthy alternative to frozen fish sticks!

Reuben Dip

This was a big hit at my nephew's birthday party yesterday. I served with Rye Cocktail Bread and Rye Triscuits. Next time though I think I will add some more Thousand Island Dressing though as it was a little dry.

Hot Sweet Onion Dip

Reviewed: Jul. 13, 2009
I made this for my nephew's birthday party yesterday and it was a huge hit. I added some Mozzerella Cheese as another reviewer suggested, it came out awesome! I also used my food processor with the slicing blade in order to reduce the prep time.

Seafood Salad Supreme

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2006
This was very good. I added extra Hellman's as the amount the recipe called for wasn't enough. I did have a few people comment they would have enjoyed it more without the almonds, but it was still tasty.

Chili-Lime Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2006
These were awesome! I added some non-fat plain yogurt to the marinade for exta tenderness and marinated for about 3 hours. I also placed mushroom caps, orange pepper, zuchinni and red onion in a zip lock back with olive oil and seasonings and placed them on the skewer with the chicken. Served with a side of grilled corn on the cob, this meal was delicious! Thanks for a great recipe!

King Crab Appetizers

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2005
I made these for a cocktail party last weekend and they were received raved reviews. I used the mini phyllo dough cups as some other reviewers suggested and them came out perfectly. I omitted the green onion and added minced onion in lieu, they turned out perfectly! Not only did they tasted like they were from a gourmet caterer, but they looked really great too! Thanks for a wonderful receipe! This is a keeper.

Asparagus Stir-Fry

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2004
This was very good. I forgot the cornstartch by accident and it was still great, not as thick obviously, but still very tasty. I substituted Splenda for the sugar for a low-cal side dish. I will make this again. Thanks for a wonderful recipe.

Hoagie Dip

I didn't have any of this, but my husband said it was just okay. I followed the recommendations of others and used some Red Wine Vinegar, but no one at our picinic seemed to rave over this. I will not make this again.

Caesar Mahimahi

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2004
This was very good and I'm not really a big fish eater. My grocery store didn't have Mahi Mahi on the day that I went so I substituted Swordfish. I served this dish with a side of low-fat Caesar Salad for a healthy, low-fat meal. It was extremely easy to make too!

Easier Chicken Marsala

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2004
This was very good. I pounded the chicken between was paper as I like my chicken thin. I had to fry in 2 batches and kept the chicken warm in the oven until all were done. I have made several versions of Chicken Marsala and this was good for a low-fat version. I also used Soy Flour to reduce calories.

My husband and I absolutely loved this dish! I added a splash of Maderia wine and some paprika and used fat-free half & half. I also added additional chicken broth to the flour to make a roux. It came out wonderful. I served it over pasta and it was divine!

I made this last night for dinner and my husband and I both loved it. I made the burgers oblong to fit on the pita and served it with tzatziki, red onion, tomato and cucumber. I also made a side of Greek Potato Salad and the two complemented each other very well. I will be making this again! Thank you for a wonderful recipe.

Italian Baked Cannelloni

Reviewed: Jul. 19, 2004
This was excellent! I added some chopped spinach, mushrooms and fresly grated parm. I also broiled it for a few minutes to brown the top slightly. This dish is a lot of work, but as the other comments posted, it is well worth it. It is awesome. Thank you for a great recipe!
