One Bowl Chocolate Cake III

Reviewed: May 6, 2014
Delicious! Halved the recipe to make 12 cupcakes (~30min baking time). Also, I used 1/2 a cup of cocoa powder (instead of 1/4 cup and 2 teaspoons). Thank you!

Playgroup Granola Bars

Reviewed: Jul. 21, 2013
Good recipe! The granola bars were golden brown in only 20 minutes, so be careful not to over-bake them!

Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2012
These were incredible. We didn't have oats, so we left those out. Also, we replaced half of the peanut butter with nutella. Baked for 10 minutes -> perfectly gooey.

Fluffy French Toast

Reviewed: Aug. 14, 2012
Light and fluffy! Made this with Oroweat 8 Grain bread. Delicious with blueberries and a bit of syrup. Note: I adjusted this recipe to make 4 servings (instead of 12). However, I only had enough mixture for 3 slices of bread. Perhaps it was the type/size of bread I used.

Oatmeal Cake I

Reviewed: May 3, 2012
Delicious and moist. I loved the broiled toppings, but that with the cake was a little too sweet for my taste. Next time I'll add a little less sugar to the batter.

I made mine with strawberries and blackberries - delicious! I also didn't have brown sugar, so I subbed in honey and white sugar

Sweetheart Cookies

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2012
I've made this recipe twice, once with raspberry preserves and once with apricot preserves. It was great both times! Note: The cookie can be a little dry, but it's still tasty. The second time I made these I had extra dough and experimented by rolling in blueberries - an incredibly delicious addition that I highly recommend. Enjoy! :)

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2011
I made these cookies in regular sized cupcake tins because I don't own a mini muffin tin. Thus, I used more dough per cookie and had about 22-25 cookies. Instead of mini peanut butter cups, I used regular sized Reese's peanut butter cups. Delicious!
