Carrot Cake III
This cake is pretty good but not the best carrot cake i have ever had. I wish i would have added raisins. Also the frosting gets hard and thick in the fridge when in my opinion should be light and fluffy. Over all not bad.

Lemon Chiffon Cake
This cake was wonderful. It is fluffy and soft. I did take another reviews advice and added a tsp of lemon extract to the batter. I also could not find lemon pie filling so i bought lemon curd. Came out perfect and the extra lemon was good and not too much.

Greek Pasta with Tomatoes and White Beans
This recipe is now one of my favorites. It is just as fast as regular pasta to make with much more flavor. I did change it a little, all i had was plain diced tomatoes so i cooked them and added some garlic, fresh basil and parsley.
