Perfect salmon recipe. I have been using this recipe at least 2-3 times a month for about a year because my family and I LOVE it. I bake it in the oven because I am not so grill savvy and it comes out perfect every time. I use juice from half a small lemon and ground black pepper instead of lemon pepper. I use olive oil instead of vegetable oil to make it a little more healthy and I bake it at 350 for 25ish minutes in a small pyrex dish covered with foil (so yummy and moist if you add half the marinade in the dish.)
