this recipe sounds great....and easy..cant wait to try...i make something similar and i know this will be good.......for the persone who like corn totillas everyone has different tastes and likes things different ways...whether its authentic mexican or not...this is what this what this lady like and she is shareing her recipe ..if its not for you, just leave ..and keep your comments to yourself

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

this soup was wonderful!!!!...my husband and daughters loved it....i gave a container to a friend and a container to my dad and both said it was great....i used bacon instead of ham...and used some of the bacon grease and bits to make the rou...and whole milk....and we topped it with chedder cheese and a dollop of sour cream and green onions..soooo yummy.

Authentic Mexican Tortillas

my husband is mexican and he says they dont taste like his gandmother made...they were good when they were just off the cast iron griddle...then later they were chewy...not sure if i did somthing wrong.

Yummy Slow Cooker Enchiladas

we loved this ..i didnt use the chicken soup....and i added a can of corn...and an 8 oz cream cheese to the mixture and a bit of chilli powder..also added onions and garlic to the meat with the taco seasoning.also i used a can of rotel instead of the salsa and....when it was all done we put a spoon of salsa on top and a dolop of sour cream....soooo yummy...also cooling time is more like 1 1/2 hours...maybe 2
