Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style
As good, if not better, than the rotisserie chicken at the supermarket...this was great! I used a 2 pound chicken, but only halfed the seasoning from the original recipe. Very flavorful. Cooked at 250 for about 2.5 - 3 hours (until chicken was 180 degrees.) Will make again. Sue, thanks for the recipe.

Awesome Chicken Noodle Soup
Love this recipe. I've made it numerous times. Never have tried it with the lemon grass, though. If you don't have chicken base, use 8-10 chicken boullion cubes instead.
