Grilled Salmon I

Very tasty recipe! I baked in in individual aluminum foil packets for 15min at 425deg which was excellent!

Italian Baked Cannelloni

I enjoyed this dish. I used mushrooms and celery with the beef on top of the onions. The recipe calls for A LOT of butter and cheese, so I used a little less of both. Overall good but I would say the filling was missing something, that x-factor that I can't put my finger on. Next time I might change the spicing a bit

Almost Authentic Caesar Salad

Pretty darn good recipe for the caesar dressing. Slightly too lemony for my taste. I also just used some croutons I already had, didn't make the ones with garlic and oil.

Roasted Rack of Lamb

Wow! 14 minutes was a nice medium rare for me, make sure you leave the lamb out of the fridge for about an hour before you cook it. Be generous with the dijon and bread crumbs, soooo tasty!

Great recipe, didn't use ham or peppers (the more classic way) and it came out great! In the future I would love to put some fire roasted peppers in there and perhaps some spinach would be tasty!

Simple and tasty. You could easily leave out the onions and as a little bit of extra I like to put a little chili powder on the potatoes.

Shrimp Scampi Bake

Very tasty recipe but good lord there is a lot of butter, I basically felt like I giant ball of grease after eating this. I would definitely cut down on the butter.

Patti's Mussels a la Mariniere

Delicious recipe, my company loved it! I doubled the sauce and even then it wasn't quite that much. I recommend using butter as well instead of olive oil to give it a little more richness.

Roasted Sweet Potatoes & Onions

Very nice flavor, you need to coat the al foil tho with some spray b/c the onions and potatoes stick when completed cooking. I would also add a little more amaretto
