I have made this soup several times now. I can only give it three stars because as written, it is a little bland. However, it is a good place to start from if you want to make your own additions. I bake my chicken with rosemary, salt and pepper before adding it to the soup. I also like to add carrots and garlic to the broth at the boiling stage. I add extra noodles and chicken because I like a chunky soup. After the first time, I left out the cornstarch and cooked the noodles right in the soup. Never turns out the same way twice, but always good. Thanks for a good "starter" recipe.
