About this Cook
I have never been a big person for eating things out of boxes or cans. Doing everything home made as much as possible it the lifestyle of my house. Guests who eat hate not being able to take me home to cook for them.
My favorite things to cook
anything that is home made and is either not processed at all or minimally processed

Long Soup
We just made this and it was fabulous. For people who think it's a little bland try adding more ginger. The ginger I bought for this I used all of not just what the recipe called for. I just didn't know what else I might use the ginger for so I didn't want it to go to waste. If I had measured the ginger I would say it was like 1 1/2 tablespoons of ginger. My husband says it reminds him of the soup they serve at the Japanese hibachi restaurants only mine is much better. We will definitely make this again.

Fabulous Homemade Bread
The first time I made it with All Purpose Flour instead of wheat because I was out and it was ok but when I made it with the whole wheat flour OMG this was outstanding. They only issue I ever seem to have making it is it never is done start to finish in 3 hours or less though usually takes at least 4-5
