No-Bake Granola Bars

Great recipe. Definitely use wax paper (or something along these lines) to make sure you press the mixture into the pan well. Otherwise the bars can fall apart easily. I can't wait to try this again, varying the ingredients each time. I'm thinking of trying almond butter as a substitute for the peanut butter just to try something different.

Vietnamese Style Vegetarian Curry Soup

Definitelly a great soup. I prefered the stew version suggested by Thu Nguyen. And I reduced the curry amount just a bit (apparently I'm a little whimpy when it comes to curry. But everything turned out perfectly.

Vietnamese Fresh Spring Rolls

This is a really simple recipe. I added grated carrots and bean sprouts and used tofu rather than shrimp. Also, I added a spoonful of peanut butter to the hoisin dipping sauce. Everything turned out great.

Just Peachy Bread

Rather than using canned peaches, I pureed two large, fresh peaches (about 20 ounces) and added this to the batter. It worked perfectly.
