Sushi Roll

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2006
This sushi turned out perfect! My mom and I were worried the rice wouldn't taste right. I suggest letting it sit before serving so that the nori moistens. Next time I will use more rice, a full cup, and it calls for more imitation crab than we used.

Mexican Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2004
I really liked this one. So easy to make. I used Shilling Chicken Fajita spice instead of taco seasoning. I browned the chicken breasts whole, sprinkled with the Fajita seasoning. Then shredded the chicken mixed the beans and corn in and generously sprinkled on more fajita spice before adding the salsa. So easy and quick.

Tofu and Veggies in Peanut Sauce

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2004
There should be an option of no stars. This recipe was horrible! It was so gross I took two bites. My husband wouldn't even eat it and he will eat practically anything. I will never make this again

Go Girl Hot Szechwan Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2004
I loved this recipe! I sauteed the Chicken breasts whole in olive oil and then shredded. The only thing I would change is the chile sauce I bought was not hot at all. Really good flavor.

Beef and Biscuit

Reviewed: Sep. 5, 2003
I sprinkled garlic powder on the ground beef while browning it instead of adding garlic salt at the end. I also baked the bottom layer of biscuits for 7 minutes before adding the rest of the ingredients. This was a wonderful meal with lots of flavor!

Couscous and Cucumber Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2003
This salad had very good flavor. The lemon and the basil went very well together. The only complaint I have is my couscous stuck together after I added the water. I would recommend breaking the couscous up with your hands before putting it in the salad because it is hard to stir when clumpy.

Chile Verde II

Reviewed: Apr. 26, 2003
This recipie was delicious. You would want to reduce the amount of chicken broth though it is very soupy with the amount the recipie calls for.
