Meat Pie
This was pretty good. I am not a fan of meat pies, but I decided to try something different. The two guys I fed (my husband and his best friend) absolutely gobbled it down. There was one spice I wasn't a fan of (I think it was sage), and would leave it out the next time. It wasn't too dry, but gravy would definitely help because the pie is starchy and feels dry in the mouth (probably due to thick consistency). Overall, not bad, but I'll play around with it next time.

Lazygirl's Ground Turkey Stroganoff
I made this the first time and it was delicious. However, the second time I made it, I changed a couple of things. I used onion and garlic powder to my taste, no paprika, a can of cream of chicken and mushroom, no bouillon, and I didn't have egg noodles, so I just used bowtie noodles. Either way, it was really good and the guests for both meals loved it!

Baked Apricots
My husband and I had something like this on our honeymoon (a B&B) that we LOVED. Only change was that I used crushed honey graham crackers to cover the top. Also, an 8x12 dish seemed too big to layer it, so I used a smaller one. Wonderful!
