This was wonderful. I used a mixture of beef, pork and veal (gasp! my mother brought it) and everyone loved it. Instead of baking it in a loaf pan, i shaped it on a flat pan, and covered it with the ketchup and just half of the brown sugar and it worked out fine, and in my opinion sweet enough.
