Beer Batter Fish Made Great

Absafreaking amazing! My whole family loved this batter! I used a bottle of Guiness since that is what I have on hand. Made the recipe as directed no changes!

Baked Flan

The directions left out to many important details like the water bath to get 5 stars but we loved the flan and like most of the other reviewers I added extra eggs.

Macaroni Tuna Casserole

Sage Breadsticks

Puerto Rican Breakfast Custard

My 4 year old daughter just loved this recipe, she couldn't get enough. We added raisins once the custard was served to add a little more texture. This was a very easy dish to make, and will be used again and again!

Cranberry Cake

I made this cake for an office birthday everyone LOVED it!! it was so moist adn full of flavor. I am deff. going to make it again!! Oh I added 1 cup of water that little detail was left of the how much part of the ingred.
