I liked this bread but I have to try it again because I messed up and I think it would be better the next time. First of all I wanted to cut the recipe in half as it is only hubby and I and even with freezing, two loaves is too much. So I carefully measured all my dry ingredients and put them aside, I then measured the liquids into the machine, add my dries and pressed dough. Thankfully I looked at it a few minutes later and realized that OOOPs...I used the full amount of liquids. OK, just add another half of all the dries, turn back on, problem solved (I think). It seemed to recover well and made a decent dough. I formed my loaves and they rose well but either washing or splitting them cause them to fall. We did like the taste and all and think it would be slightly better if they had stayed risen so I will try again.
