Deep Fried Oreos(R)
I used 1.5-1.75 cups of pancake mix to make it stick a little better, and I also put powdered sugar across the top!

Spanish Rice Bake
HANDS DOWN...swap Chile for salsa. Add a little more salt, and I also put a layer of tortillas in the middle! Great recipe though.
