False Cabbage Rolls
This was a lot easier to make then the real cabbage rolls. I didn't use the soup, instead I used tomato paste and 2 cups of water. I also used a cup of sour kraut. I kind of made it like lasagna. I put the cabbage on the bottom sour kraut on top of that then the meat mixture then the tomato paste on top of that and then put sliced kilbasa on top. I will make it again.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes
The first time I made this recipe it was bland and salty. The next time I used 1/4 tsp of salt, buttermilk instead of milk and 1 tsp of baking soda. I didn't melt the butter. I creamed it first and then added the ingredients. We enjoyed it that way because the batter had chunks of butter that melted into the pancakes and tasted great.

Breaded Turkey Breasts
If you want the bread crumbs to really stick to the turkey or chicken, add a beaten egg to the milk. First flour the breasts, then dip in milk/egg mixture and then seasoned bread crumbs. This will also make a delicious chicken or turkey parmesan. Make sure you split the breasts, pound them thin but not paper thin. Layer bottom of pan with tomato sauce, place breasts on top, top with more sauce, and then grated pizza cheese and parmesan cheese. Cover with foil. Bake for about 20 min in 350' oven or until cheese melts and the sauce bubbles. Delicious
