I'm a stay-at-home mom who loves to cook for my little boy as well as my husband. Both my husband and my son will eat just about anything, so it works out well for me!
My favorite things to cook
I love baking - so just about any bread, muffin, cake, cookie or pie. I also love to cook for my son - I've had tons of fun making baby food.

Creamy Hot Cocoa
We loved this! Made it to drink while we decorated the tree and it was a hit! Made it exactly as written and didn't find it too sweet - neither did my kids! :)

Lemon Pie Bars
We loved these! I made 1-1/2 batch of the filling and it came out perfectly. We will definitely make again!

Orange Vinaigrette
This is phenomenal. I use just a bit of olive oil cause I'm doing Weight Watchers, and its great that way too. This is now the only dressing my husband wants me to make.
