Japanese Chicken Wings

I make this recipe with boneless chicken breasts and thighs! Even better than the wings. Just cut baking time in Half!

The best we have ever had!!! I will never try another recipe, this could not be beat !!! I would give it 10 stars if possible! If adding to a soup I would cut the recipe in half the original makes a TON!!

Anniversary Chicken I

Chinese Pork Ribs

I am giving 5 stars on the sauce alone. I had to rush a dinner so I cut up a pork roast into strips quickly pan fried and added your sauce. I told my kids it was boneless pork ribs they gobbled it up!!

Broccoli Beef I

So yummy! I used frozen broccoli I warmed up and tossed with the beef at the last second. I also made sure the beef was sliced very very thin it turned out perfect!!!

Libby's® Pumpkin Roll with Cream Cheese Filling

Boy did I mess this recipe up, and it still turned out 5 stars! I accidently creamed the butter with the sugar (habit I guess) so I added a couple extra TBS of flour to the batter and it saved it...I will have to try making it the right way who knows It may be better with the butter! Although I am sure no one needs the extra calories!

Fish Roll-Ups

Someone suggested Talapia, so I tried it instead of the Sole and was not thrilled with it. The stuffing is INCREADABLE I loved it and will make it with Sole next time. I gave the recipe 5 stars because I am positive if I made it with Sole it would have been perfect!!!

Baked Potato Soup I

GREAT RECIPE. I topped each bowl with shredded cheddar bacon bits green onions and a dollop of sour cream. Next time I will use only half the roux (flour & butter). it was a little too thick...but a great recipe overall.

My husband & I really liked this recipe. The only problem I had was A fatty cut of beef. I suggest you find the leanest meat possible for this great recipe. (IT will not be dry)

Praline Sweet Potatoes

I made these twice, the first time I followed the recipe and found the potatoes to be a little too sweet for my familys taste but LOVED the topping. The second time I used your topping & I mashed the potatoes with a little cream, butter, cinnamon s&p &1 tsp vanilla. They were SOOO good. I had all 15 of my guests raving & asking for the recipe.

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

I made this recipe for an early easter dinner, everyone raved. I only made one change. Instead of the sliced onions I sprinkled minced dry onion between the layers of potato. It gave the dish the onion flavor w/o turning my children away from trying it. Thanks for a great alternative to mashed potatoes

I just made this for the second time & I liked it even better than the last. For the best results definatly maranade OVERNITE. It made a huge difference in the dish. It was 5 stars the last time I made it, now I have to give it 10.
