Awesome... no changes made although I may try to add some raw yellow or orange pepper to change things up.

Chicken Enchiladas II

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2007
Very good. I had some Southwest chicken strips and used cream of chicken soup since my kids don't like mushrooms. I did take the advice of others and increased the sour cream. Will definitely make again!

Herb Roasted Pork Loin and Potatoes

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2007
Very good, very moist. It didn't take quite as long as I thought, but didn't dry out either. I did add a little spice to the rub since we like spicy foods.

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2007
Pretty good, I did follow others suggestions and put in some garlic powder, soy sauce, and worcestershire. Served on rolls with sauteed onions and mushrooms and a little cheese. I did cut up the meat at 7 hrs and put it back in for another hour or so. Maybe my cut of meat wasn't the best - I thought the meat would have been more tender. Overall good recipe and will make again - but I reserve 5 stars for outstanding recipes.

Good side dish. I lessened the amount of butter and only had dry parsley. The family raved, they liked the added spice of the cayenne pepper. thanks for the recipe!

Feta Cheese and Bacon Stuffed Breasts

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2007
Incredible. Raves from the entire family (minus the terribly picky eater). I followed others advice and put a second piece of bacon (partially cooked) around the chicken breast. So tasty.

Very good, I made it tonight and followed the recipe exactly. The only change could be to brown the chops over medium heat rather than medium high.

Very good. Added fresh tomatoes on top at right before serving. Even better the next day after all the flavors got to meld. Made with jarred alfredo and entire bag of spinach.

Love this soup. We added 1/2 cup more potatoes and doubled the ham. Have made this at least once a week for a month now. We love the leftovers!

Very Good, I didn't have the chili pepper so I added more cayenne - still very good. Served with sushi rice. A hit with the family.
