Rotini With Kale, Roasted Peppers and Pine Nuts

Reviewed: Sep. 5, 2014
OMG, this is rediculously good with basically just 5 ingredients AND it doesn't even take long to make! I made it almost exactly as written, used water instead of wine and parmesan instead of pecorino.

Spinach Bacon Quiche

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2009
Really, really good! I followed other reviewers suggestions. Only used 1/2 of the milk, added 2 more eggs, used a deep dish pie shell and sauteed the onion in the bacon fat. Super delicious. Turned out perfect!

Yep, these are amazing and sooo easy to make. I served them as a main dish though, they would be better with spaghetti! Thanks a bunch.

Wonderful Meatloaf

Reviewed: Mar. 2, 2009
I have tried every meatloaf recipe known to man. My family begs me to stop trying to make meatloaf. Finally, this is the recipe they love! Two of the picky eaters ate this all in one sitting. The rest of us didn't even get to try it. I will be making this a lot and doubling the recipe. Thanks!

Jen's Jambalaya

Reviewed: Apr. 26, 2008
Wow! This recipe is a real find and it's easy to make and modify. I didn't have shrimp or hot sauce, so I doubled the chicken and added cayenne pepper (we like stuff hot too). I think a can of corn could be added at the end and it would also be good (not traditional jambalaya though). I think I'll try that next time. Thanks for the recipe!

Shepherd's Pie

Great and super easy recipe! I doubled (or more) the potatoes and mashed them with milk. Didn't have a can of cream of celery, so used a can of cream of chicken and omited the mushrooms. Prefection! Thank you for this recipe!

Meatball Sandwich

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2007
Meatball recipe, fantastic! My family loved these large meatballs. I used super lean ground beef and they were not swimming in grease, actually there was no grease at all. I also added cayanne. This was quick and easy, will do again and again.

Classic Macaroni and Cheese

Awesome! This is my perfect idea of homemade Mac & Cheese and easy enough for me. I did one minor change because I know how my oven works in my altitude and oven. I cooked on 350 for 50 min.

Beef Egg Rolls

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2005
This is a very good recipe, but I always find a way to mess up. I had a greasy disaster, but I deep fried the rolls and they ended up super saturated. I am going to try again with chicken and adding carrots.
