I brought this to a Shabbat dinner with me and everyone asked for seconds. When I admitted that the recipe was kosher for Passover, everyone wanted it. This is definitely a keeper - for Passover and year-round!

Russian Mushroom and Potato Soup

I'm living in Russia for the year and the weather just turned cold. Served this and everyone raved. Instead of leeks, I used 2 small onions and 2 celery stalks. I skipped the bay leaf. And at the end, I blended it all up for a smooth consistency. Ochen vekoosnoy (very delicious)!

Sweet Potato Casserole II

This recipe has become a family tradition -- they practically beg me to make it for every family get-together we have! One way to make it easier is to use canned sweet potatos. No one can tell the difference and it saves a lot of time peeling and cooking the yams.

Portobello Penne Pasta Casserole

This dish was okay, not quite 5-star worthy. The soy sauce seems not to work with the dish. I may have to make it again without that to see if I like it better.

Asian Coleslaw

Great recipe! I used the pre-shredded coleslaw mix and added shredded red cabbage and pre-shredded carrots. I also tossed in mandarin oranges and chow mein noodles. My friends begged me for the recipe!
