These were great. I took advise from others and didn't use as much cilantro. Also used verde sauce as my market didn't have jalapeno salsa. Family loved it, will make again.

Burrito Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2008
My family really enjoyed this. I followed others advice and spread the beans directly onto the tortillas. I also did not use the taco seasoning, it would have been way too salty. I served it with sour cream and homemade salsa. Delicious!

Split Pea Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 21, 2008
This soup was delicious, and couldn't have been easier to make. I didn't have a ham bone, so I used cubed ham instead. The potato and carrots added so much more flavor. I will definately make this soup again.

Soooooooooooo good! I used beef broth instead of water, and also threw in a few fresh mushrooms. Gravy was thin so I had to thicken it, but otherwise was delicious!!!

This recipe was great. I did make a couple of changes, though. I substituted cilantro for the oregano and added a couple of sliced fresh jalapeno's into the marinade. I also used a little more lime juice. The result was very favorful, tender chicken. The family loved it!

French Toast Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2007
I made this for our Christmas morning breakfast today, and it was great. The only change I made was to use Cinnabun cinnamon bread. It makes all the difference in the world. Also, bake this in a 13x9 pan so it won't become soggy. Will make this again and again.
