Chicken Tetrazzini

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2011
This is really good. I didn't have any bell peppers so I didn't add any, I sauted an onion with the chicken and added garlic seasoning with it. The sauce was very good...I added a few spices, onion salt, nutmeg, Italian seasonings, pepper, and red pepper flakes. I also added a little mozzarella. Over all it was a good meal.

Mom's Macaroni and Cheese

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2011
I loved this recipe! It was creamy, tasty and filling. It is perfect for dinner, a snack or taking to a luncheon. I followed the recipe almost exact. I added a little more cheese and I didn't use bread crumbs, and I added a little red pepper flakes and onion powder for a little more flavor. It was amazing!

The Best Meatloaf

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2011
I loved this meatloaf! It was the most moist and possibly the best meatloaf I've ever had! I doubled the amount of steak sauce and used 2 eggs and 1 1/2 cups of bread crumbs, I skipped the green bell pepper because I didn't have one, and used 1/2 a large onion (which was more than plenty). I would have never dreamed of using steak sauce but I absolutely loved it! I have had bad luck with meatloaf until this recipe!

Vanilla Crepes

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2011
I loved this recipe! The vanilla made the crapes feel warmer and the aroma made them a homey experience! I filled them with strawberries and a cream cheese filling: 8 oz cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar, 5 tablespoons butter and 2 teaspoon of vanilla

Honey Flaked Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2011
I really didn't care for this recipe at all...I added some garlic powder and it was edible, but I don't think I will make this or any version of this again

Buffalo Chicken Sloppy Joes

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2011
I loved this recipe! The only problem I had was that it wasn't spicy enough! so for those of you who like it a little spicier, double the hot sauce! other than that i absolutely loved this recipe! I will definitely make it in the future!!!!

Manicotti Italian Casserole

Reviewed: Jun. 30, 2011
I loved this and so did my family! I made a few changes due to personal preference. Instead of using Italian sausage, I used plain sausage, because many of my family doesn't like spicy so i added some Italian seasonings salt and pepper to give it some missing flavor.I sauteed 1 onion and 1 green pepper chopped in with my meat combo. I also melted 8 oz of cheese with the meat before i put it in the pan under the noodle, cheese, sauce, and mushroom mixture. My family enjoyed this so well..it was a nice twist on plain sauce and noodles!
