Creamy Zucchini and Spinach Rigatoni
DELICIOUS! You could easily add chicken for another layer of flavor, but by no means does this recipe need it. Super easy to make, nice and cheesy. I hate mushrooms but ate them up with this recipe. We used the whole wheat pasta noodles we had in the pantry already. I would have loved 2 zucchinis in this recipe, but again, not necessary to enjoy the recipe.

Sloppy Joes II
Tastes just like the canned version but better and without all the artificial garbage. Super easy, in fact, my boyfriend made this without a problem. We don't like how sweet sloppy joe sauce is to begin with, so next time we will use a little less brown sugar (not that it calls for much). I gave 5 stars because the recipe is simple and tastes just like a sloppy joe should. We're just picky about sweet stuff- that's our own problem. Thanks so much for making dinner fantastic!

Hallelujah Noodles
YUMMY! I made some changes: used a bit less soy sauce, penne pasta, substituted sugar for splenda, used tuna instead of crab and spinach instead of mixed baby greens. Amazing summertime dinner!
