Pepperoni Rolls
I love this recipe for the dough. I use all ingredients as stated, but make on the dough setting of my bread machine. I then use the dough to make larger pepperoni bread loaves. It makes 3 HUGE or 4 average size loaves, approximately 14 inches long. I roll out the dough, spread with melted butter, sprinkle garlic powder, line with sliced provolone, and then use an entire pouch of Hormel sliced pepperoni between the loaves. Bake at 350 for approximately 30-40 min, depending on size of loaves. I think this is the only recipe for pepperoni bread dough that I have come across that gives the "defining taste" for pepperoni bread in SW Pennsylvania. Thank you so much for sharing kaoscarson!

The Best Parmesan Chicken Bake
I was disappointed with how this recipe turned out. I followed the recipe exactly as stated. I just did not like the texture of the top layer, and frankly thought it was extremely too salty. I used the normal brand of spaghetti sauce I usually buy, and bought "premium" croutons. Just not my kind of dish I guess. If I made this again, I would definitely cover with foil for the 1st 30 minutes, and uncover for the remaining time.

Egg Salad Sandwiches
Used the leftover Easter eggs to make this. The dill gave this salad a truly unique taste that I've never experienced with egg salad before. I thought the proportions were right on. Will definitely make this again.
