Mom's Fabulous Chicken Pot Pie with Biscuit Crust

Very tasty. I used fresh thyme instead of dried, and added garlic, poultry seasoning, and sherry. We found that there was too much biscuit for the amount of filling. Next time, I'll either use smaller biscuits or make my own small ones. Overall, a very good recipe. Perfect comfort food for a chilly winter evening.

Southwestern Chicken Salad

My husband and I really like this salad. I use about 12 ounces of chicken, light mayo, and light sour cream. I add either lime or lemon juice to the dressing to add a little brightness. I added halved grape tomatoes to it last night and found that to be a nice addition as well. I think leaving the seeds in the jalapeno would add the zing other reviewers are seeking.

Marinated Pork Tenderloin

This is pretty tasty! I'll be making this again and again. I cooked it on medium heat on my gas grill for about 15-20 minutes. Perfection. Thank you.
