Chicken Florentine Rice Casserole

Reviewed: Aug. 27, 2008
Like other reviews, I added tomato slices and feta cheese to the top for the last 15 minutes of baking and also used regular brown rice, instead of instant. Very good and healthy!

Best Ever Meatloaf II

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2003
This was a real hit at home. I think the cheddar and taco seasoning did the trick. I might use a little less seasoning next time, but overall, very good!

Lover's Beef Burgundy Filet

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2003
I know this is a bold statement, but this is probably the best steak I've ever had, at home or from a restaurant. I used the oyster flavored sauce, and it worked great. I marinated the filets overnight, and I did not think the flavor was overpowering! Just great!

Marinated Pork Roast with Currant Sauce

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2002
I used an oven bag also and the roast turned out very moist and flavorful. I marinatd the pork overnight. In my opinion the currant sauce was too thin, I would have liked a thicker sauce.
