Stuffed Strawberries

These were fantastic! Made them for Father's Day. I added an extra 1/4 C of Powdered Sugar. I also used Orange Extract instead of orange flavored liqueur. I drizzled chocolate of the top. Everyone raved about them.

Creme Brulee French Toast

Fantastic recipe. I did have to cook it for about 50 minutes. At 50 minutes it was puffed up & slightly brown-perfect! I omitted the Grand Marnier. This is a keeper. Super easy & delicous.

Asian Salad

This is fantastic. Be sure you add the dressing just before serving, otherwise the ramen noodles become soggy. This would be a great main dish if you added chicken. It makes a large amount for two people, next time I will split the salad in half and make it for 2 nights. I used a bag of Dole pre-packaged coleslaw instead of cutting up a head of cabbage, so easy.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

This is absolutely delicious. I scaled the recipe for 12 to have extra sauce for dipping. I also used boneless chicken breasts. My boys & husband loved it. I won't buy store bought teriyaki sauce again. I would make just the teriyaki sauce to have on hand.

Margarita Cake

This is outstanding. I will keep this one. I doubled the glaze. I kept using what had run off until the cake absorbed it all. I took this to a BBQ and everyone wanted the recipe. I served it with sweetend whipping cream. I also used white cake mix and subsituted lime juice for lemon juice, the last thing was that I added lime zest..All I have to say is OLE :)

Asian Chicken Salad

This was ok. The flavor of the dressing was good but it was very runny, it didn't stay on the lettuce. I probably would not make it again.

Diane's German Chocolate Cake

This was absolutely the best German Chocolate Cake we have ever had. My husband said it was better than his grandmother's and she was from Germany. I doubled the frosting. It's worth the time it took to make.

Orange Cream Fruit Salad

Delicous..Made it for a barbque, everyone wanted the recipe...I followed the other advice and drained the fruit for a couple of hours made the pudding mixture while the fruit was draining and just before serving added the drained fruit..I also added strawberries color...My son said it tasted like a creamsicle with fruit...
