London Broil for the Slow Cooker
Took the advice of another and added 1 cup of beef broth to make more gravy. Which also thinned it down a little. Cooked the first 3 hours on high and then turned to low for the remaining 5 hours. Family LUVED it. This is a keeper

Zucchini 'Noodles'
Wonderful as a side dish instead of noodle replacement. Since I'm diabetic, I used this as my starch. Everyone else had rice, I had zucchini noodles until everyone tasted them .... then we all had them. Reading other reviews I skipped the boiling stage as my noodles were very thin as well. Can't wait to try it as a noodle based dish. I took the left over seedy part of the zucchini and cut it up and steamed it. No waste. Keeper in my recipe book!!!

J.P.'s Big Daddy Biscuits
Excellent Biscuits. EASY. I read many of the reviews and followed some of the advice as this was the first time at trying biscuits in years. My biscuits years ago favored "Elle Mae's" I did not knead the dough as the recipe called for, only patted and cut. Otherwise followed recipe and all turned out well. THANKS JP
