Chocolate Banana Bread

It was very good, but the chocolate kind of overtook the banana..I would recommend less cocoa powder and possibly walnuts as well.

This was so quick and easy, I only had 20 minutes after work to put it together, and I even had time to spare! Make sure you don't crush up the graham crackers on the bottom though, it didn't specify to keep whole; so now ya know!

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

This is such a great idea, very different! It was a hit at my party..everyone thought it was chips and salsa at first but then were pleasantly surprised. Try it with mango!

Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad

This salad was absolutely delicious. I mixed one part spinach and one part field green lettuce and it still tasted great. Next time I think I'll substitute the cranberries with a different kind of fruit. Maybe pears? Everyone at our dinner wanted this recipe! Update: I've used this recipe for years now; usually mixing in different kinds of fruit. It's amazingly simple and everyone always loves it!

Reading the reviews, I thought these cookies would be fabulous, but they really weren't very special...my recipes turn out much better when I use the recipe on the back of the tollhouse bag!

Angel Chicken Pasta

This recipe was absolutely wonderful..but I would definitely double the salsa next time so that there is extra to pour on top of the pasta. (The sauce is delicious!)
