Cut-Out Cookies

Reviewed: May 8, 2011
Very easy cookies and taste great! Not to sweet, just enough! Took these to work and one of my co-workers told me this is the recipe she's been looking for. I agree with previous reviews regarding creaming the shortening and sugar, adding egg and vanilla and THEN adding dry ingredients... I thought that was an understood rule of making cookies. Anyway, wondreful recipe! My kids had way too much fun helping!

Cheesecake Supreme

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2011
Finally! I have been looking for YEARS for a cheesecake recipe that tasted like this. I always wanted it to taste like a resturant cheesecake and I finally found it. This cheesecake definetly tastes better after it sits in the refridgerator for a couple days. I did bake it for 3 hrs and 10 min and use the 2 tsp vanilla. It turned out perfectly! I couldn't be happier! Thank you so much for sharing this excellent recipe! It was definitely a success!

Italian Bread Bowls

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2011
I could not have been happier with these bread bowls! I do agree that the size would be a little nicer if I would've made 4-6 instead of the 8. I will definetly use this recipe again! I think my next go will be for Christmas with cheesey broccoli soup and baked potatoe soup. This was my 1st attemp ever and I was VERY happy! Thank you for the excellent recipe and the AWESOME instructions!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Jun. 3, 2012
This recipe was absolutely FABULOUS!!! I have tried many blueberry muffin recipes and this one was quick and easy. I followed the recipe exactly except for 2 things: I doubled the recipe and used 2 tsp of vanilla. The single streusel topping made enough for 2 dozen regular sized muffins with leftovers (which my 4 yr old licked clean from the bowl!). This recipe is definetly a keeper! These were moist, dense, and held the blueberries throughout the muffin wonderfully! Three days after baking, they tasted just as fresh as they had the 1 st day. Definetly worth trying if you're searching for a great muffin recipe!
