Loving the short day...

It was a half day for me at work so dinner prep is going to be more relaxing than usual. Thank goodness! I am making Cheesy Baked Fish (not yet on AR...made with catfish, cayenne pepper, crushed cheese crackers etc), Cheddar Bay biscuits, steamed asparagus
and blackberry pie. If any of you are interested in the recipe let me know...I need to submit it but haven't had the time. The Cheddar Bay biscuits are just like the ones from Red Lobster so my family loves them. Back to cooking!
