This was ok.. I don't usually make recipes with soup in them, but I made an exception this time. I added some dried mustard, onion powder and a little white wine to the sauce to give it more flavor, and that helped. Although I didn't like the breadcrumbs very much either. I think I'll give the other cordon bleu's a try!

Fried Curry Chicken

I really like the flavor that the marinade gives this chicken, but I don't think the breading goes very well. Next time, I might try to sautee or bake the chicken- it definitely deserves a second chance!

Rich and Simple French Onion Soup

This recipe is great because you can add and subtract ingredients -- and it will still be great! I usually add some worcestershire sauce and alot of sherry and thyme, because it really makes the soup! Sometimes I'll make croutons with french bread and monterey steak seasoning and use those in the soup-- it gives it an even more amazing flavor!

Baked Potato Soup I

This is a really great "base" recipe. As long as you got the roux and the potato part down, you can pretty much add or change anything you want! I tend to puree some of the soup and add it back in to make it a little thicker. This is the best potato soup recipe that I have found, hands down!

Chili-Lime Chicken Kabobs

I like this recipe alot, it had a great flavor-- I only used half a lime and regular vinegar (I had no red wine vinegar) and put it on the forman, but it was still very tasty! My partner hated it, but she doesn't like limes, so it's understandable. I think this chicken would be fantastic on a grill!

Chicken Saltimbocca

The first time I made this, I followed the recipe exactly and it was only alright. I made last night for a second time- changed a few things and it was great! I flattened the chicken and put pepper and italian herbs on it before adding it to the pan-- and I only used a little butter and olive oil instead of ALL the butter suggested. When the wine was almost all evaporated, I put the whole skillet under the broiler to gt some color on the cheese- then served it over a bed of fettucine alfredo-- grrrreat!

Rich and Creamy Tomato Basil Soup

I thought this soup was very tasty- Instead of using fresh tomatoes, bc I am not that experienced with them, I bought a large can of the diced "fire roasted" tomatoes and then strained the leftover pulp after processing everything together. I also left the basil leaves until the end bc I forgot them- and threw them in while the soup was simmering. After tasting- I removed them bc they became a little overpowering. I really can't believe how easy it was to make this great soup!

Broccoli Cheese Soup VI

When we made this according to recipe, it was very disappointing- but when we added almost three cups of cheddar versus the 4oz, it was pretty darn good! Very very easy!

These are super good and really easy! I had all the ingredients on hand- so it was berry convenient. They are very moist and buttery if you use.... butter...:)

Bread Pudding II

Really easy recipe! I used 3 eggs like everyone else, and i used half & half instead of milk- very tasty. I made it twice; once with challah and once with french, - challah is definitely the winner! if you are going to use chocolate chips instead of raisins like i did, make sure you don't put too much cinnamon- b/c it tastes off. great recipe!

Pumpkin Pie Cake I

i don't really ever like pumpkin pie, but this was pretty darn good! My roommates thought that it was terrific though- especially warm with ice cream. I didn't put the nuts on top, but there were macadamia nuts in the ice cream that I used- very tasty!
