Blackberry Jam
Excellent recipe! We prefer freezer jam to canned jam/jelly. I reduced the sugar by about 1/4 to 1/2 cup and it was plenty sweet for us :o) I also omitted the spices recommended and just enjoyed the berry flavor.

Sloppy Joes II
Excellent sloppy joe recipe! Followed closely and left out the g. bell pepper as I didn't have one on hand, extra mustard. You can't go wrong. My toddler loved it too!

Banana Muffins with a Crunch
Excellent base recipe to use and follow several users recommendations. Thanks to other users and this recipe, we're enjoying a rockin' banana nut muffin. The coconut is a fabulous addition to the traditional banana nut recipe. I also followed the recommendations to use 1 cup whole wheat flour and 2 cups all-purpose flour and sifted these dry ingredients which resulted in a superb texture!!!
