Banana Muffins with a Crunch
Excellent base recipe to use and follow several users recommendations. Thanks to other users and this recipe, we're enjoying a rockin' banana nut muffin. The coconut is a fabulous addition to the traditional banana nut recipe. I also followed the recommendations to use 1 cup whole wheat flour and 2 cups all-purpose flour and sifted these dry ingredients which resulted in a superb texture!!!

Ham with Pineapple Sauce
A tasty sauce to accompany your holiday ham. I used less sugar than was called for, only using 1/2 cup and 2 tablespoons and it was perfect for our tasting. Thanks!

Cardamom Cookies
I had no lemon, so orange zest it was and no almonds, so walnuts were substituted. They turned out to be a considerably different type of cookie, but nonetheless a tasty spice cookie. Will make again and take the advice of other users to use the cookie as pie crusts.
