All-Star Veggie Burger

My husband and I really liked the flavor of these burgers! I only made some minor changes: I used wheat bran instead of the oat bran (and doubled the amount), and added some cumin as another reviewer mentioned. I found that the mixture actually held together pretty well (I didn't need to add any egg), possibly due to both the doubling of the wheat bran and the fact that I drained the tofu beforehand (placed it between paper towels and put a heavy skillet on top). I'll definitely be making this again!

Mini Cheesecakes I

I make these occasionally for parties, and they're always a big hit! I make my own strawberry sauce to put on top for some of them, and for others I mix semi-sweet chocolate chips into the batter for mini chocolate cheesecakes, which taste amazing!! This is definitely a favorite recipe of mine!

Banana Bran Muffins

I made these muffins last night with some alterations suggested by other reviewers. I used 1/4 c. applesauce in place of the butter, increased the bran to 1 cup, and used 1/2 c. each of whole wheat and all-purpose flour. They were so easy to make, and so healthy and delicious! My husband couldn't get enough of them either, and would have eaten the whole dozen if I had let him:) I will definitely be making these again!

Banana Chocolate Chip Dessert

Mmmmmm, this is really yummy! it tastes just like banana bread, which i absolutely luv, and the addition of chocolate makes it even better! it really doesn't need any toppings, it's great by itself!

Baked Honey Mustard Chicken

Mom's Zucchini Bread

OMG, this zucchini bread is sooooo good, and i luv the taste of the walnuts in it (though, i do love walnuts in any recipe)! It's sooooo easy too, which is great! I only made half the recipe, and i regret it now, especially since the loaf i made is almost gone (and i just made it three hours ago!) Thanx for this recipe, it definitely deserves five stars!

Mock Tuna Salad

Though I don't think it really tastes like tuna salad, this is still an awesome recipe! It's soo simple, and tastes really good as a sandwich! I showed it to my mom a while back and I guess she must have loved how easy it was to make, because she started to make these sandwiches for us over and over and over...:), but I still like them a lot!
