Cooky Cookies
This is one of the best recipes I have ever used for cookies! Very versitile. I swap the 1 cup walnuts for whatever is in the pantry when I am baking - raisins, choc chips or m and ms. Cook some for immediate use (always eaten just after baking!) and freeze the rest in small balls. Great to quickly bake for unexpected visitors.
