Chicken Pot Pie I
So good and fast! I followed the directions, but altered the measurements a bit and ended up with 2 very full pies. I used approx. 2 cups diced chicken, 1 cup each steamed broccoli and cauliflower, 1 cup each frozen corn and peas, 2 cans of soup, and 1 soup can full of milk. I had to bake it about 50 minutes to brown the crust. I may consider baking it at 400 next time in the hopes of cutting down on the baking time.

Salmon with Brown Sugar Glaze
So easy and so good! I didn't think I had enough brown sugar so I added some Pick-a-pepper sauce to make it sweet and hot. My salmon was thin, but it only took 5 minutes under the broiler. Awesome!

Basic Baked Spaghetti
Definitely needs more sauce and more cheese. I think I used 3x the sauce,but my sauce is homemade and thick with veggies. If you use a thin, jar sauce you would probably be okay. I probably used 2 cups of cheese, 1 cup in the middle and one on top. I will add more cheese next time. It also made more than would fit in my casserole dish, so I have a smaller dish to put in the freezer.
