Chicken Noodle Casserole I

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2010
I only gave it 3 stars because the chicken being poached gave it a bland taste. The next time I made it I browned the chicken in a pan and added a couple chicken boullion cubes to the noodle water. I also added cheese to the top before the cracker crumbs and it was pretty good then.

Bow Ties in Sausage and Pepper Sauce

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2010
This was delicious! The only change I made to it was adding a teaspoon of minced garlic for the extra garlic flavor.

Only gave 4 stars because I thought it was way too much mayonnaise. Other than that, it was delicious.

Authentic Louisiana Red Beans and Rice

This was so yummy and tasted like the real thing. I have substituted turkey smoked sausage to cut down on the fat and it is still tasty.

Alice's Sour Cream Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2010
This was pretty tasty, only I cooked it on the stove instead of the microwave. I also added a teaspoon of garlic powder and it had a taste similar to garlic bread.

I used maple bacon and the taste was phenomenal. The trick is to get the bacon SUPER crispy.

This was a nice alternative to the normal cranberry sauce. Even my mother enjoyed it and she is not a fan of cranberry sauce.

By far the BEST sugar cookie recipe I have used. I use LorAnn oils to give the cookies different flavors.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2009
I had to add a whole bunch more flour to this to even make it workable with cookie cutters. The taste was delicious but I definitely will find another recipe for cutout cookies. I will, however, use this for drop cookies.

White Chocolate Cream Cake

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2008
I will definetly make this again! The only change I made was omitting the flavoring and adding vanilla bean to it. This cake has the PERFECT consistency for tiered and sculptured wedding cakes and party cakes.
