Best Brownies

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Muffins

I added the extra egg as recommended in previous reviews...and used regular chocolate chips in lieu of the mini chips. The muffin is super rich and chocolately...and was very moist. My husband and son liked them very much....a bit too chocolately for my taste (could be because of the chip size that I used...but I still think I personally would go without the chips...though my husband and son would totally disagree with me) ~~ but a very nice muffin. I will be making again.

Herbed Pork Roast

This was YUMMO! Hubby and young son loved it too! I didn't even marinade it (last minute thought ~~ looking for something different to do with a pork roast). I rubbed the marinade on, and put in the oven ~~ very very yummy. Will make it according to the recipe next time....I'm sure it only gets better!

Caramel Apple Pork Chops

This recipe was AWESOME! I made some brown rice....and by the time the rice was done...so were the pork chops. I put some rice on the plate...then a pork chop on top of the rice...some apple on top of the pork chop....drizzled a tablespoon or two on top of everything ~~ served with a vegetable, it was the perfect meal! I used the weight watchers calculator for the info posted on this recipe...and it comes up as a 6 point recipe ~~ YUMMO!

Famous Pork Chops

Made this with boneless center cut pork chops. Husband LOVED it!! He said "This one is a KEEPER!" Meat stays moist...and has plenty of flavor. I served brown rice as a side with this meal...used the clarified butter that was left on the bottom of the pan to drizzle over the rice. YUM!

Mom's Squash Casserole

Very good recipe. Even my husband (not a big fan of squash) enjoyed this dish. I used yellow squash and zuchinni squash plus I added a bit of salt and pepper to the cheese/soup/egg mixture. I didn't have any croutons SO I used seasoned bread crumbs mixed with 2T of melted butter...then sprinkled that on the top. Yum. This is a nice recipe to keep on hand when you are looking for ways to use your squash. The leftovers taste GREAT reheated the next day too!

Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake II

Yummy! Such a MOIST cake! I didn't even top it with anything (though a bit of whipped cream would have been nice). So quick and easy to whip up. My husband (the chocolate lover) liked it alot. I would recommend using a GOOD cocoa powder...the quality stuff will be worth it.
