These are super yummy, but a warning! You have to wait until they cool otherwise they have a tendensy to fall in the middle, or rip and then they're no longer pretty! Make sure to cooke them well enough too! Don't Burn the cookies, but they need to be cooked enough or they rip apart. Also, when I made them they spreaded out quite a bit, so make sure you give them enough room to move around! They go well with frosting, but make sure that it's not too sweet of a frosting, otherwise the sweetness over shadows the butteryness of the cookie! Sprinkles too :3 Good Luck!

These were okay cookes.... but they're like cuffins (muffin cookies). I chilled the over night which I found to be better, and they cooked up real nice. They taste the best straight out of the oven....

I don't know what happened, but mine spreaded quite a bit when I made them. so make sure to space them apart or they'll morph together lol ^_^ I used butter instead of shortening.....

I made this for the first time and it came out very moist. It took about 15 minutes longer to cook than the given time, but that just might be my oven. So make sure to check it every so often afterwards if it hasn't baked in an hour. I didn't have butter milk so I did the milk and vinegar trick.... and I just used 2 cups of white sugar. When I made the frosting I didn't use all that sugar! You wouldn't have been able to taste the cream cheese! So I used a little less than 2-1/2 cups.... There was a lot of it too >_

Yummy and simple..... Only changed two things. I used 8-inch cake pan, took about the same amount of time, just start watching it around 25mins. Then I broiled it for a bit like another reviewer suggested, it makes the topping less goo-like. :D Have Fun

I'm giving this 4 stars because I thought that the instructions are a little off. This recipe makes more than 6, it made me about 14 decent sized cookies, and even then they were a little large. I had to cook mine for about 10 mins, and they were still a little gooey >_

I must say.... YES! I hardly ever am this happy with homemade cookies, but I must say these were something... they're beautiful, easily made, they don't spread obscenely, they have peanut butter and chocolate! OH MY! I replaced the honey with maple syrup because I had no honey... I used TBSs of batter and it was perfect.... cam out to a little over 32 cookies that size! you will be pleased!
