Modenese Pork Chops
Excellent! I used 1/2 butter and 1/2 olive oil to cut a little saturated fat out. I also doubled the rosemary. I steamed some asparagus for about 5 mins as a side dish, then sauteed it in the left over pan sauce for a minute for extra flavor.

Kung Pao Chicken
I didn't have any chili paste, so i used red pepper flake instead.... Came out a little too spicy that way. Next time I think I'll double or triple the sauce and marinate the chicken longer.

Saffron Rice
Great recipe. Who'd have thought it would be so easy? I used oil and a touch of salt instead of butter. Next time I'm going to use half as much oil since mine came out a little too oily. DELICIOUS, though!
