Chicken Pot Pie IX
I used the recipe above except I microwaved 2 Cups of frozen mixed vegetables, just before boiling the chicken was done. I mixed the chopped chicken and vegetables with a can of cream of chicken soup, instead of the gravy. Added poultry seasoning, garlic and onion salt to our taste. Before putting the pie in oven, I brushed the top with orange juice, cause that's what we do up here on our pasties. Will be making this again! Thank You and all others for their suggestions!

Fish Tacos
OMG! We didn't have cod, but plenty of bass fish and We Loved it! Deep Fried them. We didn't have cabbage, but used lettuce and tomatoes. The looks of the fish are very appealing and tastes So Good! The sauce was the Best we ever had! Can't wait for next Friday to make again! Thank You for sharing!

Chinese Lion's Head Soup
I had to try this out tonight! Lions beat the Packers and just the Name alone was to add insult to injury to the hubby, who's a Packer fan in the family:( We LOVED! I used 8 cups of chicken broth instead of the 2 C. each of broth and water. I also baked my pork balls. Just what we prefer. Added more green onions and soy to our taste and some white ground pepper. I also just chopped the Napa cabbage and put in the broth until done. Added the pork balls and simmered about 10 minutes. Everything was so delicious! Loved all the flavors! We went back for seconds! Thank You So Much Lei Lei for sharing! Will be making again Very Soon! Oh! First time I ever bought Sesame Oil! I was shocked at the price! Wow!
