Imitation Crabmeat Salad
Just as most other reviewers advised ; cut down the Italian dressing to 1/3 cup to avoid too much liquid. I also added 1 LB diced cooked shrimp & served in Pita pockets. Top with lettuce , tomato , pickles, shredded cheese or whatever you want to stuff in those pockets with this & you have a great meal.

Baked Lamb Chops
This is it ! I've been trying different ways to cook some lamb shoulder chops that went on sale recently. As others have suggested, I used Italian bread crumbs + some grated Parmesan cheese & rosemary in the breading. Also added some honey to the Worcestershire-egg wash. My chops were kind of thin, so only cooked 15 minutes each side, they came out perfect.

Easy Seafood Salad
Simple to make with excellent results. I have to agree with CurtisLee though- 3-4 stalks of chopped celery is fine, not a whole bunch. I also advise making this the day or night before serving, the cabbage needs a bit more time to soften. I've made it several times now and took Jen K.'s advice and tried it with shredded carrots. I also add about 1/4 cup vinegar to the mayo/sugar mix to help soften the cabbage. Serve as is, or in Pita bread pockets.
