My cake ideas are always more ambitious then what's practical. My cakes always turn out well, just the decorating needs a little more work. I don't make cakes too often, so I guess I'm just out of practice ;)

Caramel Corn Snack Mix
This is absolutely fantastic! It makes sooo much too! I brought this to a party, and everyone loved it. I found I had to make half the batch of popcorn mix at a time, and put in a large casserole dish. I was debating making double batch of the caramel, but it worked out really well with just the single. The only variation I made was that I added honey roasted peanuts, yummmmy! Definitely making this again!

Chicken Nachos
Awesome! I didn't use the peppers, but used salsa in the layers instead. It was super yummy! (My boyfriend is a huge fan of Mexican foods, and he looooved this!) Will definitely make this again :)

Canadian Butter Tarts
This was a very delicious recipe. I'm going to have to make it again, I had a difficult time getting it out of the pan (I greased it up good!) so many of them crumbled; but mainly due to my extremely flaky (but delicious) crust. It's suppper yummy (I used pecans instead of walnuts and no raisins) but I have to work on developing my technique. Definitely try this one out!
