Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2012
I'm very thankful for this recipe because it's become a favorite in my house for about a year. And is currently in my crock pot now :). Overtime I've made a few additions: Hot Sauce to taste, garlic powder, a chopped onion, and a chopped bell pepper. This recipe is really impossible to mess up. My husband loves when I suggest making this sometime in the upcoming week because it means he gets to pick whatever BBQ sauce he wants to try with it next. We usually end up going with a sweet & spicy. Make this for company and there will be no leftovers!

Campbell's® Swiss Vegetable Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2011
I was so excited for this but it tasted sad and bland :(Like another reviewer said, don't make this as a main dish. My husband is a garbage disposal and he didn't even eat a full serving of this.

Breakfast Loaf

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2011
LOVED! I was a little sad when first preparing this only because of all the bread going to waste when hollowing out my loaf (didn't know what to do with it). But it was worth it! I followed the recipe exactly and it was beautiful to look at as well as delicious. I would make this for company but make two because my husband and I ate this whole thing in one sitting!! I put garlic spread at the bottom of the loaf before adding everything else. I ate mine with salsa and he ate his with hot sauce (we like our food with some kick).

Golden Green Bean Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2011
This is a great option if you want to switch up from the tradition green bean casserole. I was asked to bring a green bean casserole for Christmas dinner to my in-laws and there was nothing left! It looked very festive having the Red peppers mixed with the Green beans. Although when doubling this recipe I didn't double the green beans. 4 Cans of green beans was plenty. My husband decided he likes this more than the traditional way.

Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2011
Delish! A few changes. I used 5 chicken breasts instead of 10 thighs but made the same amount of sauce. Which was terrific over rice. Next time I may put in more pineapple because we all really enjoyed that part of the dish. The left overs were Amazing!!!!

Maple Salmon

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2011
You MUST try this recipe. It has become an all time favorite in my house. It's a dish that I actually crave! I only do 2 salmon fillets every time I make it but the same amout of sauce. After it is done cooking we spoon whatever leftover sauce is in the bottom of the pan on top of the done filets. DELICIOUS! Thank you for sharing this recipe!

Best-Ever Meatloaf

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2011
My husband really enjoyed this recipe but unfortunately I found it a bit boring. I added a chopped onion and some spice to give it a kick. Otherwise, I followed the recipe exactly. But I'm beginning to think that I'm just not a meatloaf person. For the leftovers we mixed with some simple gravy and mashed potatoes which I enjoyed it more that way.

Grilled Bacon Jalapeno Wraps

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2011
I Loved the idea of this recipe. But my jalapenos were SOO spicy that they were inedible! :( We love spicy food but our mouths were burning! It was a shame to have them sitting in front of us looking delicious but unable to eat them! Next time I will need to soak them in water before anything! Hopefully I get the nerve to try again. Also putting the stuffed jalapenos in the freezer for 15 minutes before, as others suggested, helped a TON on the grill.

Chicago-Style Pan Pizza

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2011
Yum!!! My husband and I loved! I took the suggestions of others and pre-cooked my crust for 10-15 minutes. Other than that, I didn't change anything else from the original recipe. We loved and Will definitely make again.
