Southwestern Black Bean Stew

Well, to be honest, I was not expecting much but everyone in my family loved it. I followed recipe but used 1/2 can tomato past and then full can of MILD rotel...came out awesome! After putting it all together I then threw in crockpot on low for the day...

Chicken Pot Pie IX

THis recipe is foolproof. I used rotisserie chicken which I added to the vegetables. I did not even measure anything, just guesstimated because I was in a hurry. I did add extra liquid as other reviewers suggested and I cooked 45 minutes at 375.

The Old Boy's Strawberry Pie

This was more like a cobbler than a pie. Just messy looking, too goopy with flour, way too sweet and could not even be sliced like pie. Very disappointed in this recipe, but I guess you could serve it like cobbler with ice cream if necessary.

Charlotte's Tortellini Soup

Everyone I served this to told me it was "gourmet"!! I followed recipe ingredients exactly but just added more zucchini, more onion. I was not sure what type of sausage to buy, so I just got ground sausage in a tube. It worked great. This is a fabulous soup!!

Honey Bun Cake I
