No Fail Pie Crust III
I am pie crust challenged..I have tried at least 8 other recipes and although they come out, they are hard to work with and I find myself disappointed at not "getting" it. I followed recipe exactly, but dough was very crumbly, so I did have to add more water, a little at a time, to get desired result. Wrapped it up and put in fridge. Rolled it out between lightly floured wax paper. I did not get it perfect yet, but it looked okay and baked up great. And it was delicious...

Southwestern Black Bean Stew
Well, to be honest, I was not expecting much but everyone in my family loved it. I followed recipe but used 1/2 can tomato past and then full can of MILD rotel...came out awesome! After putting it all together I then threw in crockpot on low for the day...

Chicken Pot Pie IX
THis recipe is foolproof. I used rotisserie chicken which I added to the vegetables. I did not even measure anything, just guesstimated because I was in a hurry. I did add extra liquid as other reviewers suggested and I cooked 45 minutes at 375.
