Chicken Tikka Masala
Fantastic! Love the sauce!!! To control the heat be careful with the jalepeno seeds. I don't have a grill so I cooked the chicken in the oven Im sure with a grill it would have been even better!

Grandma's Lemon Meringue Pie
This is for a shallow pie crust. I have deep 9 in pie dish, when doubled filled up only half way. As for cooking until super thick, not necessary the curd will thicken when it cools. Using milk instead of water (as mentioned in the comments) in my opinion tones down the lemon a little, so does vanilla but makes it a tiny bit more creamy. I know because when I made the second batch I tried it with milk instead of water. I ended up combining the two batches to fill the pie dish more. Overall nice flavor and texture and ideal for a small pie.

This was realley Good! I took out 2/3 cup white flour and replaced it with wheat flour. I also added Italian herbs and spices to the dough. I made the dough in the bread machine then divided it I only maked 1/4 of the dough the rest went to the freezer. I rolled it realley thin and filled it then baked it on my pizza stone. It was readey in 15-20 min. I put cornmeal on the stone to keep it from sticking and it worked accept where the sauce came out on one side it stuck a little. Will use this one again!
