My cooking triumphs
When I was barely 20, I was left on the line by myself to run lunch on a weekend at the olive Garden working six saute pans, two fryers, 2 water heaters for pasta, and an oven. I counted 250 lunches in a 4 hour span.
My cooking tragedies
I cooked thanksgiving for the 1st time and burned the entire outside of the turkey ruining the bird.
